Garden State Baseball Communication Policy

Please read the following thoroughly.


- All players are required to supply us with working telephone numbers. By working we mean that they are active and the messages are checked on a daily basis. Please supply us with as many contact numbers you can supply including work, home, and mobile phone numbers. This allows us to reach our players in event of emergency or to inform of changes and updates.

- We require that phone messages be replied to within 24 hours unless in a case of an emergency. Failure to do so may result in deletion from the roster without a refund.

- All registrations for our services must be paid for online by credit card if within 2 weeks of the event.    We will not accept checks/money orders late.

- Provide us with valid email addresses that are checked on a daily basis. We send out information, directions, and updates frequently through emails and the information is important for both the players and their parents.

- Remember that like any business or organization, we work on schedules. Any blackout dates, registrations, emergencies, or situations of that sort, should be notified to the main office ASAP. Without proper notification and sufficient time, we cannot always service your request immediately.

- Remember to check our supplied hotlines before traveling to any game or tournament. Any cancellations or time changes will be posted on our hotline. We are not responsible if you show up to a cancelled event if you didn't check the hotline prior.
